Malcom Askew

Malc, a Jacksonville, FL native by way of Daytona Beach, has been a licensed Realtor since 2012, earning a reputation as a multi-million-dollar top producer over the last 10 years.
He holds a Business degree from Santa Fe College and continuously pursues advanced training to stay on the cutting edge of the real estate market. Malcom has proudly helped over 300 friends and family members accomplish their home buying and selling goals.
When he’s not working for his clients, Malcom is a passionate sports fan, cheering on his beloved Florida Gators (GO GATORS!) and Jacksonville Jaguars (DUUUUVAL!). He enjoys playing chess, keeping up with the latest smart home technology, and spending quality time with family and friends.
Ashlei Askew

Ash, Originally from Homestead, FL, is a proud University of Florida alumna, holding both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Business.
Ashlei brings over 15 years of Human Resources leadership experience. Her background in optimizing systems and enhancing employee experiences makes her an invaluable asset to the team. Since partnering with Malcom in 2019, her innovative problem-solving, strategic mindset and operational expertise has helped navigate their real estate business to new heights.
When not managing operations, Ashlei enjoys tackling DIY home projects, trying new recipes, and planning her next adventure. She is also a talented private chef who enjoys catering for intimate events where she can let her creativity shine.
