  • We help you determine a good list price and fair market value.

  • Includes use our electronic lockbox to guarantee that only licensed Realtors can access your home. Allows Realtors to schedule showings online and you can approve or deny via text message.

  • Once you receive a contract on your home that looks good, we will review it for you to identify any red flags and give you talking points to help you negotiate directly with the Buyer's Agent.

MLS Only advantages

  • Lowest cost option for Sellers with tight profit margins.

  • Great option for Sellers who have a background in real estate and like to maintain full control of the process.

  • Using a local, trusted Realtor to place your home in the MLS is guaranteed to get more traffic to your home than using a generic, non-local Flat Fee Listing Service. Buyer Agents will be more inclined to show your home with a respected Realtor associated with your property.

MLS Disadvantages

  • You spend a lot of time, energy and patience researching the market, learning real estate jargon, financial and transaction details.

  • You are responsible for coordinating marketing, general inquiries, showings, offers, negotiations, contract documentation, deadlines, inspections closing, and more all on your own with no support.
